This website is operated by SnugShroom. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SnugShroom. SnugShroom offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction in your jurisdiction, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
SnugShroom sells home décor, accessories and other products, including items manufactured using 3D printing. Because many of our products are produced using additive manufacturing, minor variations in texture, layer lines, colour, surface finish or dimensions may occur. These characteristics are normal and do not necessarily constitute a defect. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Some products are made to order and may require additional processing time before pickup or shipment.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue products, colours, sizes or variations at any time without notice. We may also limit sales of products or services to specific geographic regions or customers when reasonably necessary.
4. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and delivery fees are calculated or disclosed during checkout when applicable.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order. An order may be cancelled if: - a product is unavailable; - payment cannot be processed; - incorrect pricing or product information was displayed; - we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or - we are unable to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
6. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Products that are personalized, custom-made or manufactured specifically according to customer instructions may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered. Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, names, colours, sizes and other customization details before submitting an order.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are not guarantees. SnugShroom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional information regarding shipping may be provided in our Shipping Policy.
8. LOCAL PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY
Where available, customers may select local pickup or local delivery during checkout. Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Pickup times and locations must be arranged according to the instructions provided with the order.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
10. 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS
3D printed products may contain visible layer lines or small cosmetic variations resulting from the manufacturing process. Unless specifically advertised for such use, products should not be exposed to excessive heat, open flames or conditions that may cause deformation. Customers should follow any product-specific care or safety instructions provided on the product page.
11. LIGHTING PRODUCTS
Lighting products sold by SnugShroom may include or be designed for compatible LED lighting components. Customers must use only compatible electrical components and follow all manufacturer instructions supplied with the lighting component. Products must not be modified or used with incompatible electrical components.
12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, prices, photographs and other website information are accurate. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including SnugShroom branding, logos, photographs, graphics, text, product presentation and original content, is owned by or licensed to SnugShroom unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use our website content without permission. Certain product designs may be produced under licences obtained from independent designers or creators. Ownership of those underlying designs remains with their respective rights holders where applicable.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, Meta, Google and other technology providers. Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
15. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website: - for unlawful purposes; - to violate intellectual property rights; - to transmit malicious code; - to interfere with website security; - to submit fraudulent information; or - to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Products and services are provided subject to applicable Canadian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnugShroom does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnugShroom will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
